Delete your data

Three ways, whichever you prefer:

1. From your software

In the social media section of your software, disconnect the Page or account. Its access tokens and connection data are deleted immediately.

2. From Facebook or LinkedIn

• Facebook and Instagram: Settings & privacy › Settings › Business integrations › Boukii › Remove. Meta sends us the request: the related accounts are deleted automatically and you receive a confirmation code.
• LinkedIn: Settings › Data privacy › Permitted services › Boukii › Remove. Then write to us so that we also delete the connection data.

3. By email

Write to theboukiiteam@boukii.ch stating the Page or account concerned. Deletion is done within 30 days and confirmed to you in writing.
